DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE if you have had an allergic reaction to it or are allergic to any ingredient in this product.

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Do not use Cyclosporine (restasis) opthalmic if you have any type of infection in the eye(s).

Do not use Cyclosporine (restasis) opthalmic without first talking to your doctor if you are pregnant, could become pregnant, or are breast feeding during treatment.

Do not apply a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Cyclosporine (restasis) ophthalmic is used to treat chronic dry eye that may be caused by inflammation.

Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture.

Cyclosporine (restasis) opthalmic MAY CAUSE BLURRED VISION.
