Take Esomeprazole (Nexium) at least one hour before a meal. Take exactly as directed.

If any side effects develop or change in intensity, inform your doctor as soon as possible.

It is important to check with your doctor before combining Esomeprazole (Nexium) with the following:

Diazepam
Digoxin
Iron salts
Ketoconazole
Warfarin

or any other medicine that you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222.

If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Esomeprazole (Nexium) is used to treat conditions in which there is too much acid in the stomach.
