Severe stomach/abdominal pain or stomach upset
Skin rash
Speech/Vision problems
Spotting
Swelling of the Ankles/Feet/Hands
Unusual discharge(breast) or milk production
Vaginal infection (Irritation and/or White discharge)

Yellowing of the Eyes/skin

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.

If you conceive whilst on a course with Estradiol (Estrace) inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking Estradiol (Estrace).

Tobacco smoking increases the chance of your having blood clots; you are strongly advised not to smoke whilst on a course with this medication.

Do not treat yourself with any OTC medication without consulting your health care professional.

Keep all appointments with your doctor and all follow up tests.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Estradiol (Estrace) is used in the treatment of symptoms arising from the menopause phase.

Estradiol (Estrace) is also used in the treatment of breast/prostrate cancers.

Store at room temperature between 59 to 86 degrees F / 15-30 degrees C, away from heat and moisture.
