Danazol (Danocrine) can affect your menstrual cycle and you may stop having menstrual periods. These will return to normal within 2 to 3 months after you stop taking Danazol (Danocrine).

Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one and contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Danazol (Danocrine) is used to treat endometriosis and fibrocystic breast disease.

Danazol (Danocrine) may also be used to treat excessive menstrual bleeding or other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Danazol (Danocrine) is also used to prevent attacks of angioedema in both males and females.
