vomiting
chest pain
itching/hives
muscle cramps
unusual bruising
irregular heartbeat
breathing problems
worsened gout pain
swollen ankles/legs
trouble passing urine
unusually weak/tired
yellowing of the eyes/skin
allergic reactions(skin rash)
change in the amount of urine
swelling of the face/lips/tongue
cold/tingling/numb hands or feet
redness/blistering/peeling/loosening of the skin(including inside the mouth)

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

lithium
diuretics
clonidine
indomethacin
heart failure medication
high blood pressure medication

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.

Do not treat yourself with OTC medication whilst on a course with this medication, without consulting with your health care professional.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose. Consult your health care professional about your missed dose.

Atenolol+Chlorthalidone combination is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.

Store at room temperature between 68-77 degrees F / 20- 25 degrees C, away from heat and moisture.

Avoid alcohol and alcohol containing beverages whilst on a course with this medication.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :

gout
angina
diabetes
chest pain
thyroid disease
decreased urine
Raynaud's disease
pheochromocytoma
liver/kidney disease
breathing/lung disease
heart/vessel disease(slow heart rate/worsening heart failure/heart block/sick sinus syndrome)

Check your blood pressure and heart rate regularly. Report any abnormalities to your health care professional.

If you experience dehydration, inform your health care professional, immediately. Do not treat yourself.
