How to use
Take Losartan (Cozaar) exactly as prescribed.

Side Effects
Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms listed below are severe or persistent or any other unusal symptoms:
Difficulty breathing or swallowing
Dizziness
Fainting
Swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, arms, or legs

Drug Interaction
Inform your health care professional if you are allergic to any medication in any form and are currently taking any other medication of any nature.

Over Dose
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222.
If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911

Notes
Do not take this medication if you are pregnant or breast feeding, it may harm the fetus. Inform your doctor immediately if you think you are pregnant, while on a course with Losartan (Cozaar) medication.
Check your blood pressure regularly to determine your response to losartan.
Inform your health care professional if you have ever had any liver, kidney or heart conditions or diseases.

Missed Dose
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Losartan (Cozaar) helps lower blood pressure to normal levels and controls high blood pressure, but is not a cure for it.

Storage
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C / 59 and 86 degrees F away from heat and moisture.
