Ofloxacin is a quinolone antibiotic.

Take off your contact lenses before application and you can put them back on after 10-15 mins

Ocuflox usually applied to the affected area 4 or more times a day.

Wash your hands before application and keep your eyes closed for 2-3 minutes after application.

Wash your hands after application of the medication.

If you have any unusual problems while taking this medication, inform your health care professional. These are a few of the side effects:

Hives
Blurry Vision
Stinging eyes
Teary eyes
Swelling of any random body part

Inform your health care professional if you are allergic to ofloxacin or any other medication. Also inform your health care professional if you are taking any other medication in any form.

Consult your doctor about coffee consumption and any other caffeine related items.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.

Do not apply double to make up for missed applicaion.

It is used to treat bacterial infections, conjunctivitus and ulcers of the cornea.

Ofloxacin works by killing infection causing bacterial cells.

Store at room temperature between 15- 25 degrees C / 59-77 degrees F). Protect from light.
