Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :

If you are allergic to any ingredient in Glucovance

If you have congestive heart failure that is treated by medicine

If you have a severe infection, low blood oxygen levels, kidney or liver problems, or high blood ketone or acid levels (like diabetic ketoacidosis)

If you are severely dehydrated

If you have had a stroke or a recent heart attack

If you are 80 years or older and have not had a kidney function test

If you will be having surgery or certain lab procedures

If you are taking bosentan

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.
