How to use
Swallow Ziprasidone(Geodon) whole with a glass of water.
This medication is to be taken with food.
Take exactly as directed.
Ziprasidone(Geodon) medication helps control the condition, it is not a cure.

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.
Blurred Vision
Breathing Difficulties
Decreased Consciousness
Dry Mouth
Extreme Hunger
Extreme Thirst
Feeling Dizzy/Light headed when getting up from a prone position
Frequent Urination
Fruity Breath
Upset Stomach
Vomiting
Weakness

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

Inform your doctor of any other medication that you maybe taking in any other form for any condition whilst on a course with this medication.

Over Dose
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Notes
Consult a pediatrician for the use of this medicine in children.
If you plan to do any vigorous exercises, inform your doctor about the same. Ziprasidone(Geodon) makes it harder for the body to cool down.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to concieve.
If you concieve whilst on a course with Ziprasidone(Geodon), inform your doctor immediately.
Taking this medication may increase the chances of you developing diabetes if you do not have it and if you do it may increase your blood sugar levels. Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly.

Missed Dose
Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Uses
Ziprasidone(Geodon) medication is used in treating mental disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Ziprasidone(Geodon) medication is NOT be used in patients suffering from Dementia.

Storage
Store at room temperature between 15 degrees and 30 degrees C.

Precaution
Consult your doctor about having eating/drinking grapefruit juice whilst starting a course with Ziprasidone(Geodon).
