Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); abnormal thinking; change in behavior, mood, or emotions; chest pain; confusion; decreased sexual ability; difficulty walking; fainting; hallucinations; increased urination; memory loss; muscle pain or tenderness; severe or persistent drowsiness or sleepiness; shortness of breath; sudden irresistible urge to sleep or suddenly falling asleep at unusual times; swelling of the arms or legs; trouble swallowing; unusual twitching or muscle movements; vision changes; vivid dreams or daydreams.

Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:

Cimetidine
Diltiazem
Quinidine
Quinine
Ranitidine
Triamterene
Verapamil
Levodopa
Butyrophenones
Thioxanthenes

Ask your health care provider if Mirapex may interact with other medicines that you take.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had; dizzy/fainting spells; kidney disease; heart disease; low blood pressure; sleeping problems.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose. Consult your health care professional about your missed dose.

Mirapex is used for treating the signs and symptoms of Parkinson disease and is also used to treat restless legs syndrome (RLS).

Store at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F / 15-30 degrees C away from heat and moisture.

Avoid alcohol and alcohol containing beverages whilst on a course with this medication.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
