Letrozole (Femara) medicne can be taken with or without food; to be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

Side Effects
If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.
Weight gain
Vomiting
Tiredness
Sweating
Stomach ache
Skin rash
Nausea
Loss of hair
Leg pain/swelling
Hot flashes
Headache
Difficulty Breathing/Dizziness
Diarrhea or upset stomach
Cough/Throat infection
Constipation
Chest pain
Back/bone pain
Appetite loss

Drug Interaction
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.
Estrogen containing medicine which may include some herbal products
DHEA
Androstenedione
Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

Over Dose
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Notes
Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had Liver disease, Osteoporosis.

Missed Dose
Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Uses
Letrozole (Femara) medicine is used for treating of breast cancer in women who are post menopausal.

Storage
Store at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F, away from heat and moisture.

Precaution
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
If you conceive whilst on a course with Letrozole (Femara) inform your doctor immediately.
If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking Letrozole (Femara).
Do not treat yourself with any OTC medication without consulting your health care professional.
