How to use
Contact a pediatrician for the use of this medication in children.
Use exactly as directed.
Wash hands before and after every application.
Do not cover the area with gauze or bandages.

Side Effects
If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.
Burning/Stinging/Dryness/Itching/ Peeling/Redness of the skin where the medication has been applied (mild to severe)
Skin rash/ Skin swelling

Drug Interaction
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.
Vitamin A / Other retinoid medicines

Over Dose
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Notes
Do not use any other skin products without consulting your doctor first.

Missed Dose
Do not double applications, or apply more to make up for a missed application.

Tazarotene(Tazorac) helps keeps the skin pores clear and reduces the redness and itching associated with psoriasis.

Storage
Store the cream at controlled room temperature, but less than 30 degrees C (86 degrees F).

Precaution
Do not use Tazarotene(Tazorac) medication on sun burned or wind burned skin.
If you have or are suffering from any skin condition like eczema, inform your doctor about the same.
If you think you may have concieved whilst using Tazarotene(Tazorac), inform your doctor immediately.
Do not use during pregnancy, do not breast feed while taking this medicine.
